Catering for Dinner Parties of 20-25 People

            **   2 of your favorite 9x13 casseroles: either same or different

**   Or in place of one of the casserole make a baked ham or roast

            **   5 lbs. of potatoes turned into a potato salad (use 6-8 eggs)

**   2 lbs. of assorted cold cuts or sliced ham (optional).  Add crackers and cheeses.

           **   Tossed salad made with 1 head of lettuce, plus a bit of fancy lettuce,
            1 cucumber and 3 tomatoes.  With your choice of dressing.

            **   1 additional SMALL salad (optional) eg. carrot, bean, jellied, coleslaw
              
            **   2 large French stick loaf sliced and made into garlic bread.

**   2 or 3 Fancy desserts: one decadent, one chocolate and sometimes one low cal or fruit based.

            Remember people prefer to eat things that are easy at dinner parties.  Food that doesn’t really require a knife.  The emphasis should be on mingling!
